Hotel Augustin Komfort Leipzig

This hotel is a great find for anyone wanting to explore the city center of Leipzig. Despite not being located in the city center, the tram journey is quick and affordable. The room I stayed in was small but clean, with a well-maintained bathroom featuring a bathtub. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that any issues were promptly resolved. The breakfast provided was satisfying and included in the room rate. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a very quiet area, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

The hotel was is a quiet location with a lot of buildings undergoing renovations, which meant we preferred to catch a taxi when venturing out during the night. Staff were very friendly and spoke English which was good for us. The rooms we were given were on separate floors and different sizes but both adequate for our needs. Clean rooms with quality toilet paper (always a sign of how they value the customer). Breakfast was enjoyable and plenty of it. There was a small set of stairs to the reception and then a lift. The staff were very helpful to organise places for eating and taxis. Considering the amount of people at breakfast, the hotel was busy and we really enjoyed our brief stay. Value for money but definitely not in the heart of Leipzig.

As we entered the 1st floor we could smell cigarette smoke, very strong and the room we were given smelt heavily of smoke. We opened the windows to air the room and this helped. (We requested non-smoking). The other room on the 2nd floor had no smell of cigarettes. There were families above us and down the hall. The children (young) could be heard running around and jumping above our room and down the hall. (As we are older we understood that it was raining and the children were stuck indoors. (We were only one night so weren't worried about this). The stairs also were old and made lots of noise. Train immediately behind the accommodation, this could annoy others but didn't worry us. Internet access was available but we were unable to access some of our regular sites.

The bathroom was very comfortable and well-arranged.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The room, though a bit dated, was comfortable, clean, and spacious enough for our needs. The location was fantastic - situated in a quiet area, yet still close enough to easily access the town centre. The included breakfast was also a nice touch, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.

No significant issues arose during our stay.

Its right next to a S-Bahn station, so very handy to get into the city centre.

Convenient location not far from tram and two ferry stations, but nevertheless silent room, kind helpful staff, free wi-fi at room, free parking place right behind the hotel, wide suitable bed

The hotel was situated near public transportation which made it easy to explore the city. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the breakfast had a good variety and was a nice way to start the day.

reception wasnt 24h, and even during hours the recepcionist was never there, forcing you to go look for her.

Lovely breakfasts, helpful staff, good public transit connection to Leipzig fair, convenient parking, comfortable room, huge bathroom.
